I first started in the property sector back in 2005 as a sideline to my day to day job however over the last 15 years I’ve forged a place in the market to provide a service to my clients that is second to none.
I offer my clients the chance to be involved in totally off-market opportunities which have proved to be very successful since starting. In that time I’ve transacted a number of deals in different parts of the UK and continue to be involved in new and exciting opportunities. I have built up a number of invaluable relationships with private & national developers as well as the major housing associations and that list continues to grow.
As well as still being involved in land deals I now offer a land consultancy service giving the vendors the opportunity to realise the value of their own sites by putting a team together to take their sites through the planning process. My business has been able to grow substantially since I first started as my tenacious, friendly approach enables me to unearth those gems other agents can’t.
