Site sold to a private client with the benefit of planning for a PD scheme of 140 units and ground floor retail which included Top Shop & JD Sports. Further planning obtained to create an additional 3 storeys on top of the existing building which will accommodate a 108 bed Easy Hotel with an Easy Gym on the ground and 1st floors – August 2017.
